A: To become an agent with us, you will need to follow these steps:
 

1. Register on the Arise platform as an Independent Business Owner (IBO).

2. Complete the necessary profile information and consent to background checks.

3. Choose our call center as your preferred service partner during the registration process using Service Partner ID 994099 and referral code:
   CSP ID 5589883 or click on the link provided to you one you after you apply here

4. Once approved, you will have access to available client programs that you can select and certify for.
    

Q: What are the requirements to join?

A: To join, you need to meet the following requirements:
 

1. Be at least 18 years old.

2. Have a valid Social Security Number (or equivalent for non-U.S. residents).

3. Possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

4. Have a dedicated, quiet, and professional home office setup.

5. Own a computer/laptop with a hard wired reliable high-speed internet connection and a noise cancelling headset. 

6. Be willing to undergo a background check. You will pay for your own background check as you are becoming a contractor. That fee is determined by Arise platform and is typically $30.00.
    

Q: What kind of training and support do you provide?

A: We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to our agents. Arise offers a variety of client programs, each with its own training curriculum. We will guide you through the certification process for the selected program and provide resources, coaching, and feedback to ensure your success. Additionally, our team is available to address any questions or concerns you may have along the way.
 

Q: How do I get paid as an agent?

A: As an agent with KT Link, you will be an independent contractor. Your compensation will be based on the client program you service and the specific terms outlined by Arise. Payments are typically made directly to your bank account via direct deposit, and the frequency of payment varies depending on the client program, but are mainly paid out twice a month. We will only process a $49.99 service fee during each pay period and Arise will deduct their platform fee which is determined by their platform, but it typically $19.57 a pay period. Remember, you are a contracted agent which means you are responsible for reporting your wages to the IRS, we will not take taxes out of your check. 
 

Q: Can I choose my own schedule as an agent?

A: YES, one of the advantages of working with us is the flexibility to choose your own schedule. However, it's important to note that some client programs may have specific time requirements or peak-hour demands. We typically require you to work at least 15 hours a week.
